Most people arrive here having worked with an agency that went quiet once the invoice cleared. So here is the whole thing written down: what happens, when, who does what, and where you can walk away.
Brief, audit, proposal — no cost, no commitment
Contract, access, tracking, first campaigns built
Live, optimised weekly, reported monthly
Nine questions, not a discovery call. What you sell, who buys it, what one customer is worth to you, and what you have already tried. It takes ten minutes because the questions are about your business, not our process.
We open your Google Ads, Meta and analytics, work out what a customer actually costs you today, and name three specific places money is leaking. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us — including the ones your current agency will not enjoy.
One page: scope, monthly fee, ad budget recommendation, and the number we agree to be measured on. No tiers named after metals. Month to month after the first ninety days — the first three months are a fixed term because nothing meaningful happens in one.
The unglamorous week that decides everything. Conversion tracking, call and form events, and a single place where a lead or a sale is counted once. Most accounts we inherit have been optimising toward the wrong number for a year — this is where that stops.
Campaigns, landing pages, creative and the follow-up sequence go live together. Launching ads into a slow page and an unattended inbox is the most common way to waste a first month, so we do not.
Weekly optimisation, monthly reporting in customers and revenue rather than impressions, and a quarterly conversation about where to push next. When a channel stops earning, you hear it from us first — before you notice it on the invoice.
Everything we build is yours from day one and stays yours if we stop working together. There is no version of this where you have to start over.
Ads, tracking and pixels live in your accounts, under your billing. We get access, not ownership.
Landing pages, creative, ad copy and automations, handed over with documentation.
The full history — what worked, what did not, and what a customer actually costs you by season.
Google usually produces enquiries in the first two weeks, because you are buying demand that already exists. Meta takes six to eight weeks to become predictable, longer if the purchase involves a long consideration window. Anyone promising results in week one on either channel is either lucky or selling you something.
The first term is ninety days, because that is the shortest honest window. If after ninety days the numbers are not moving toward what we projected in the audit, you walk, keep every asset, and we say so in writing rather than making you notice it yourself.
Usually not the whole site. Usually one page — the one people land on after clicking an ad. We will tell you at the audit stage whether the existing page can carry paid traffic or whether it is the thing standing between you and a sale.
A management fee plus your ad budget, quoted after the audit because quoting before it would be a guess. As a range, most clients we work with spend between $1,500 and $8,000 a month on ads. Below roughly $1,500 the algorithm cannot gather enough data to learn, and we will tell you that instead of taking the money.
I do. There is no account manager relaying messages to someone you never meet. That is also why we take on a limited number of clients at a time.
30 minutes.Three concrete fixes.
Whether we work together or not.
